Stars are so reliable. I guess that’s why I love the image. They show up repeatedly in my work. Thunder and stars belong together since they are both very strong natural presences although one is visual and the other auditory.
Art has always been a part of my life. It was my major at The University of Delaware and I got to teach art briefly to some wonderful college students, but, like many others, I chose other careers to make a living. But, always, there was art, pencil, paper, canvas, small gallery openings and sales to friends and local followers. Now, at the age of 77, it is time to do this wonderful thing, full time.
